Talent Relations Specialist (ER)
ROLE SUMMARY
As a Talent Relations Specialist, you will lead the development, implementation, and preservation of DOXA’s labor relations programs, policies, and procedures. You will also be responsible for promoting harmony in labor-management relations and helping establish a fair and positive work environment for all.
SCHEDULE: 6 AM – 3 PM Philippine Local Time, Follows Philippine Holidays
POSITION TYPE: Full Time

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
· Collaborate with leadership and legal counsel in terms of proposing and establishing employee relations policies
· Conduct research and gather data on human resource policies, compensation regulation, and other employment and labor standards, evaluate precedents and provide recommendations
· Oversee processes for review and resolution of employee grievances
· Manage employee contracts and policies
· Calibrate internal HR policies to ensure smooth and fair organizational regulations
· Act as the main resource on current labor laws, review current practices to ensure compliance and communicate and explain significant changes to employees as needed
· Establish best practices and strategies for sustaining positive employee relations
· Lead the investigation and evaluation of employee complaints and incident reports, provide recommendations, and move to resolution
· Supervise documentation and filing of employee relations issues
· Represent DOXA in labor-related negotiations or meetings
· Perform other related tasks as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
· A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Employee Relations or a related field
· At least 5 years of experience in labor relations
· SHRM, CIPD, or CHRP is preferred
· Experience in a multi-client environment
· Strong organization, oral, and written communication skills
· Analytical skills with particular attention to detail
· Aptitude in data management, analytics, reporting preparation
· Ability to function in an autonomous environment—independent worker, self-directed
