Graphic Designer

ROLE SUMMARY

DOXA Marketing needs an internal Graphic Designer to be a brand ambassador and help push the brand forward. We are looking for someone experienced in both web and print, with an emphasis on web/social. The individual needs to focus on taking already defined brand guidelines and pushing them forward/using them in creative ways.

SCHEDULE: 3 PM – 12 AM Pacific Standard Time, follows Philippine Holidays

POSITION TYPE: Full Time

WORK ARRANGEMENT: Remote

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

·       Enforce brand standards within the company

·       Produce graphics for the website (png, jpegs, and svgs)

·       Create one sheet documents for print, support sales, and marketing primarily

QUALIFICATIONS

·       A Bachelor’s degree in the related field is preferred

·       2-5 years of graphic design experience

·       Skilled in Adobe Suite

·       Experience posting/managing social channels is a plus

·       UI/UX experience is a plus

·       Ability to produce rough graphical wireframes for web projects is also a plus

·       Strong computer aptitude, which includes expertise with Microsoft 365 applications

·       Experience working on websites/web projects

·       Adaptability and the ability to prioritize projects based on stakeholders’ needs

·       Experience in a multi-client environment

·       Strong organization, oral and written communication skills

·       Analytical skills with particular attention to detail

·       Ability to function in an autonomous environment—independent worker, self-directed
