Product Consultant

ROLE SUMMARY

The Product Consultant is well acquainted with products, procurement standards, and preferred suppliers, and can communicate beneficial impact to stakeholders; provides presentations for inbound client projects and other sales activities, drafts email marketing materials, creates images for email marketing and social media, and provides a level of service. The Product Consultant meets with current clients to hear about their project needs, responsible for a high level of satisfaction, repeat, and new business.

SCHEDULE: 8 AM – 5 PM Pacific Standard Time, follows Philippine Holidays

POSITION TYPE: Full Time

WORK ARRANGEMENT: Remote

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

·       Monitor chat and other inbound sales channels

·       Respond to inbound requests in a timely manner

·       Respond to emails and chats quickly as required

·       Maintain HubSpot

·       Remove contacts who do not need to be in HubSpot

·       Ensure recipients are not in HubSpot

·       Manage sequences in HubSpot, edit as needed

·       Take notes in HubSpot

·       Set up sequences and workflows in HubSpot

·       Enter new orders

·       Update deals and contact cards

·       Obtains client details that are missing from their record

·       Move deals through Pipeline

·       Manage lists, sequences, and workflows

·       Meet with clients to discuss current order needs (may bring in CSM when

·       needed)

·       Learn the details of the client’s current project

·       Communicate project needs with the sales team to strategize solutions

·       Learn client preferences and get direction from the client success manager (CSM)

·       Provide deadlines and details important to the success of the order

·       Deliver sales presentations to clients in meetings

·       Choose products that fit the client’s project parameters and preferences

·       Refine presentation based on the direction provided by the CSM

·       Deliver presentations that have been approved to send by the CSM to clients

·       Communicate effectively with clients in a way that elicits their return and advocacy

·       Act as the point of contact for adopting phase clients, recipients (through the company stores or pop-ups), and clients with a current project

·       Bring information back to the sales strategy meeting

·       Draft and manage sequences

·       Draft sequences and get final approval from Lou

·       Draft and post on social media

·       Maintain Linktree, press page, and other points of reference

·       Draft and schedule email marketing materials and manages layout and brand standards

·       Find new products and brands to sell on Shopify and to fit clients’ needs for the upcoming seasons

QUALIFICATIONS

·       A Bachelor’s degree in the related field

·       Experience in marketing campaigns a plus

·       Active and well-versed on different social media platforms a plus

·       Knowledgeable with newsletters a plus

·       Experience in a multi-client environment

·       Strong computer aptitude, which includes expertise with Microsoft 365 applications

·       Strong organization, oral and written communication skills

·       Analytical skills with particular attention to detail

·       Aptitude in data management, analytics, reporting preparation

·       Ability to function in an autonomous environment—independent worker, self-directed
