ROLE SUMMARY

The Digital Marketing Specialist’s role is to market our client’s brand and services directly to the consumer. The ideal candidate will generate awareness and interest by optimizing the client’s brand for online search, helping to manage and create compelling content for its social media pages, and crafting keyword campaigns to help increase online credibility.

SCHEDULE: 8 AM – 5 PM Pacific Standard Time, follows Philippine Holidays

POSITION TYPE: Full Time

WORK ARRANGEMENT: Remote

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

·       Understand the client’s core mission

·       Monitor website traffic, detect trends, and apply adjustments as needed to maintain search optimization

·       Develop comprehensive advertising and marketing campaigns across Google Adwords, social media, blogs, and press

·       Communicate regularly with the CEO and COO about the marketing needs

·       Propose and create social media content compliant with the client’s brand guidelines and tailor ads for our target demographics using social media analytics (such as how to use Facebook filters to target parents of children ages 3-6 from a certain location with a certain income)

·       Respond to inquiries raised on social media platforms

·       Gain a thorough understanding of the target audience and help craft Google AdWord campaigns to reach the market

·       Draft copy for keyword campaigns compliant with branding guidelines

·       Monitor and communicate

QUALIFICATIONS

·       A Bachelor’s degree in the related field is a plus but not necessary

·       Proven track record with written client recommendations (at least 3)

·       Experience with social media management

·       Solid knowledge of WordPress and marketing analytics tools

·       Experience as a content writer is a plus but not necessary

·       Innovative, creative, and can think outside the box

·       Strong computer aptitude, which includes expertise with Google Workspace applications

·       Strong organization, oral and written communication skills

·       Analytical skills with particular attention to detail

·       Aptitude in data management, analytics, reporting preparation

·       Ability to function in an autonomous environment—independent worker, self-directed
