Account Processor

ROLE SUMMARY

Our Account Processors support small business owners and our team of Plan Administrators with obtaining information necessary to complete the annual testing requirements for 401(k) plans. A large part of this role is reviewing documents submitted by our clients and communicating with clients when more information is necessary. Collaborate with our Plan Administration and Compliance teams to ensure annual 5500 filings are completed in a timely manner.

SCHEDULE: 7 AM – 4 PM Pacific Standard Time, follows Philippine Holidays

POSITION TYPE: Full Time

WORK ARRANGEMENT: Remote

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

·       Work with clients to obtain the necessary information to prepare annual reporting

·       Review documents submitted by clients for completeness and accuracy

·       Ability to navigate large volume of work with autonomy while also collaborating within your team and department to ensure the excellent client experience

·       Work with partner financial institutions/custodians to help facilitate client filings and retrieve client data

·       Send and receive documents via email with clients

·       Send outgoing emails to clients during the plan year reporting process

·       Be goal driven and desire to exceed defined role expectations

·       Develop a basic understanding of retirement plans, specifically 401(k) Plans

QUALIFICATIONS

·       A Bachelor’s degree in the related field preferred

·       Experience in the financial sector preferred

·       Solid customer service background

·       At ease working with multiple computer programs and systems

·       Evidence of being a true team player and proven reliability in the workplace

·       A positive attitude, heavy on motivation

·       Able to provide real-life examples of successful client relationships

·       A proactive approach to problem-solving with meticulous attention to detail

·       A strong desire to succeed and an incredibly high level of patience

·       Excellent grasp of all Microsoft 365 applications

·       Excellent verbal and written communication skills

·       Aptitude in data management, analytics and reporting preparation

·       Ability to function in an autonomous environment—independent worker, self-directed
