Sales Development Representative

THE ROLE

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) you will join a growing team, where you will have a direct impact on building the sales pipeline. If you are a motivated, self-starter who is comfortable working on your own and as part of a team, owning prospect outreach, and helping with the continuous improvement of processes. You will be part of a positive and growth mindset company culture, on the front line, powering the development and success of the products and services.

SCHEDULE: 8 AM – 5 PM Pacific DaylightTime (11 PM - 8 AM Philippine Local Time), follows Philippine holidays 

POSITION TYPE: Full Time

WORK ARRANGEMENT: Remote

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Create a great first impression for customer prospects by making 70 – 100 contact attempts per day providing them with a world-class experience

• Engage with potential customers via phone, email, text, and LinkedIn chat to understand their business needs and identify the ways that the company can help

• Maintain high engagement with new and existing leads through creative follow-up communications crafted to increase customer curiosity about the company

• Schedule 1 to 5 qualified meetings per day and develop a pipeline to fuel the company’s revenue

• Collaborate closely with the sales team and RSR to achieve mutually aligned sales quotas each month

• Help the team continuously improve and optimize the process, training, use of technology, and other applicable aspects of our business

QUALIFICATIONS

• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience preferred, not required

• Past success in a Sales Development Representative role is strongly preferred, especially if you have previous outbound experience

• Startup experience is a major plus

• Experience in a multi-client environment

• Strong computer aptitude, which includes expertise with Microsoft 365 applications

• Have a growth mindset, be coachable, and can work in a collaboratively competitive environment

• Have positive and energetic phone skills, and excellent listening and writing skills

• Excellent organization skills, keen attention to detail, a love of customers, and creative problem-solving skills

• Aptitude in data management, analytics, reporting preparation

• Ability to function in an autonomous environment—independent worker, self-directed
