UX Conversion Rate Specialist

THE ROLE

As a UX/Conversion Rate Specialist, you will use your creativity and skills to maximize the number of conversions obtained from the website traffic and create the best possible user experience. You should have a good sense of usability and user experience, but at the same time, you have a strong commercial drive. Aside from being able to identify optimization opportunities, you also have the technical skills to implement them, and the analytical ability to measure the results.

POSITION TYPE: Full Time

WORK ARRANGEMENT: Remote

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

·       Perform audits of web analytics implementations and make recommendations to ensure accurate tracking is in place

·       Use qualitative and quantitative sources of data to develop and execute a conversion rate optimization strategy and testing plan

·       Develop hypotheses, and build and execute A/B tests to gather data and insights

·       Create wireframes and guidelines for the design and development team to implement tests

·       Collaborate with our web designers and front-end developers to recommend changes based on winning test results

·       Monitor the performance of the conversion process using a variety of analytical tools

·       Use an iterative approach to optimization, continuously taking test results and data into account in formulating new tests and hypotheses

·       Monitor industry trends and new product offerings to stay up to speed and ahead of the competition.

·       Contribute to the development and improvement of the marketing team’s processes and strategies

QUALIFICATIONS

·       A Bachelor’s degree in the related field

·       At least two years of experience with UX, CRO, and user experience design

·       Experience with conversion optimization tools

·       Experience in HTML, CSS, and wireframing

·       Experience in the gambling and sports industries is a plus

·       Expertise with Google Analytics and other web analytics tools

·       Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills

·       A demonstrated capacity and willingness to learn

·       Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking)

·       Experience in a multi-client environment

·       Aptitude in data management, analytics, reporting preparation

·       Ability to function in an autonomous environment—independent worker, self-directed
