ROLE SUMMARY

We are looking for a versatile sales executive with a passion for digital marketing solutions to join our client’s Inside Sales team. The ideal candidate must have strong digital marketing acumen with a deep understanding of the ever-changing digital landscape. The successful candidate will be able to identify revenue opportunities, build and maintain an active sales pipeline, and close business at a high volume. They will be tenacious and never satisfied with making goals. Exceeding expectations and delivering outstanding results for the company and its clients will be their core mission. The primary focus areas will center around prospecting new opportunities, executing effective campaigns, and managing client relations to develop long-term partnerships.

SCHEDULE: 9 AM - 6 PM Pacific DaylightTime (12 AM – 9 AM Philippine Local Time), Follows Philippine Holidays

POSITION TYPE: Full Time

WORK ARRANGEMENT: Remote

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

·       Coordinate internally with cross-functional teams, including outside sales, ad operations, data vendors, and sales leadership, to meet and execute campaign objectives

·       Sell digital marketing solutions to new businesses across the company's suite of properties

·       Respond to inbound opportunities and engage in proactive outreach

·       Develop client relationships through continued communication and strategic optimization

·       Build a book of accounts for long-term and repeat business

·       Aim to deliver and exceed all quarterly budget goals

·       Participate actively in strategic planning and brainstorming

·       Manage timelines, creative asset collection, and delivery of campaigns

·       Assist in IO and media plan creation

·       Create meaningful value propositions for potential clients and partners

·       Assist with other projects as they are developed and/or arise

QUALIFICATIONS

·       A Bachelor’s degree in the related field is an advantage

·       1-3 years of digital experience in sales or account management

·       Strong understanding of the digital media landscape with outstanding digital acumen

·       Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce

·       Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

·       A strong negotiator

·       Organized with impeccable attention to detail

·       Ability to manage multiple projects in multiple time zones, stay organized, and remain calm under pressure

·       Ability to work independently, accept direction, and execute with precision

·       Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

·       Possesses an entrepreneurial spirit

·       Experience in a multi-client environment
