French Speaker Account Coordinator

THE ROLE

We are looking for a French Speaker Account Coordinator who will manage our client’s account and inspection orders and will lead video inspections. The ideal candidate is someone who has excellent written and verbal skills (particularly, French and English).

SCHEDULE: 9 AM – 6 PM Mountain Daylight Time (11 PM – 8 AM Philippine Local Time) follows Philippine holidays

POSITION TYPE: Full Time

WORK ARRANGEMENT: Remote

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

·       Maintain client accounts and fulfill inspection orders

·       Communicate with clients daily with updates and status on outstanding orders.

·       Set up and lead video inspections on leased equipment to ensure legitimacy on funding deals for our clients

·       Process, review and deliver PDF inspection reports

·       Receive feedback from leaders and other departments, while being part of a diverse and inclusive team

QUALIFICATIONS

·       A Bachelor’s degree in the related field

·       Excellent written and verbal communication skills particularly in French and English

·       Preferrable with 2 years previous work experience

·       Experience in a multi-client environment

·       Strong computer aptitude, which includes expertise with Microsoft 365 applications

·       Strong organization, oral and written communication skills

·       Analytical skills with particular attention to detail

·       Aptitude in data management, analytics, reporting preparation

·       Ability to function in an autonomous environment—independent worker, self-directed
