Customer Service Representative

THE ROLE

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to assist our client based in San Diego, CA.

We need a highly motivated, organized, and team-player-typed person who will be the direct point of contact for current and prospective customers. This person will work closely with the operations and sales department and will report directly to the CEO.

SCHEDULE: 9 AM – 6 PM Pacific Daylight Time (12 AM – 9 AM Philippine Local Time) follows Philippine holidays

POSITION TYPE: Full Time

WORK ARRANGEMENT: Remote

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

·       Ensure that customer's orders are completed and delivered on time

·       Work with vendor partners to place orders on behalf of customers

·       Provide excellent communication to customers on the status of their orders - email, phone, and face-to-face

·       Provide product recommendations to customers to help meet their overall needs

·       Update the leadership team on the status of customers

·       Work with experienced sales representatives to assist in gaining new accounts

·       Enter order data into the company’s system and vendor's order systems

·       Work on special projects assigned by the executive team

QUALIFICATIONS

·       High school graduate or college graduate in the related field

·       At least 1 year of experience in customer service

·       Experience in a multi-client environment and has great work ethic

·       Strong computer aptitude, which includes expertise with Microsoft 365 applications

·       Strong organization, oral and written communication skills

·       Analytical skills with particular attention to detail

·       Aptitude in data management, analytics, reporting preparation

·       Ability to multi-task and function in an autonomous environment—independent worker, self-directed
