Customer Renewal Specialist


Our client is looking for a Customer Renewal Specialist who will be responsible for reconciling payments to vendors and ensuring they are invoicing their clients correctly.

SCHEDULE: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Pacific Standard Time (1:00 AM – 10:00 AM Philippine Standard Time), follows Philippine holidays




·       Perform the following SaaS license/renewal management tasks:

·       Evaluate and manage the portfolio of SaaS license subscriptions and renewals

·       Ensure compliance with licensing agreements and optimize license utilization

·       Perform the following client invoicing tasks:

·       Work closely with our accounting team to ensure accurate and timely client invoicing

·       Verify billing accuracy and resolve discrepancies

·       Provide support in addressing client inquiries related to invoices

·       Perform the following vendor relationship management tasks:

·       Establish and maintain strong relationships with SaaS vendors

·       Monitor vendor performance and contract compliance

·       Perform the following reporting and documentation tasks:

·       Maintain comprehensive records of all software licenses, contracts, and invoices

·       Generate reports and analysis to support cost optimization efforts


·       A Bachelor’s degree in the related field is an advantage

·       Proven experience in SaaS license management and vendor relationship management

·       Basic accounting knowledge to ensure accurate invoicing

·       Possess a solid understanding of IT infrastructure and software systems

·       Ability to assess software usage and requirements for accurate invoicing

·       Strong computer aptitude, which includes expertise with Microsoft 365 applications

·       Familiarity with IT software and systems

·       Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

·       Excellent communication and negotiation skills

·       Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

·       Experience in a multi-client environment

·       Aptitude in data management, analytics, reporting preparation

·       Ability to function in an autonomous environment—independent worker, self-directed
