Operations Manager

ROLE SUMMARY

Our client is looking for an Operations Manager who will work in conjunction with the company’s CEO/President. This individual will hold many of the roles of an executive assistant but will be helping to manage and oversee all internal processes and to help with strategic planning.

SCHEDULE: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Mountain Standard Time (12:00 AM – 9:00 AM Philippine Standard Time), follows Philippine holidays

POSITION TYPE: Full Time

WORK ARRANGEMENT: Remote

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

·       Handle weekly planning with the President to support strategy and growth

·       Oversee book publishing by working with editors, designers, and the team

·       Oversee company process documentation

·       Identify opportunities for automation and system improvements

·       Perform the following tasks for programs, such as:

o   Manage Master Market Program timeline processes:

§  Oversee the shared drive and ensure information is organized and cataloged

§  Evaluate/support master scheduling across all markets

§  Build additional timeline generators/process documentation and SOPs for our programs

§  Support leadership with the development of additional processes to improve organizational efficiency

o   Handle the following Honoree-related tasks:

§  Track nomination support

§  Provide data migration or collection support

§  Provide fact-checking support

·       Perform the following revenue support tasks:

o   Organize and track all sponsorships across markets (track renewal dates and window for renewal period, with reminders) and handle Asana tracking

o   Manage contracts for sponsors (store/file)

o   Draft renewal contracts

o   Help oversee budgets and expenses to produce reports

QUALIFICATIONS

·       A Bachelor’s degree in the related field is preferred

·       Asana experience and previous operations management experience are a plus

·       Accounting/billing support and onboarding support skills are also a plus

·       Must have excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills

·       Ability to learn new software and technology

·       Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

·       Excellent written and oral communication skills

·       Experience in a multi-client environment

·       A team player

·       Analytical skills with particular attention to detail

·       Aptitude in data management, analytics, reporting preparation
