Lead Generation Specialist

POSITION TYPE: Full Time

WORK ARRANGEMENT: Remote

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

·       Develop new business opportunities via telephone and email to introduce the client’s value and solution to potential buyers within our market

·       Build and cultivate prospect relationships by introducing the client, creating awareness, and identifying prospects

·       Secure discovery calls (webinars) with prospects, which include sending calendar invitations and conference call details

·       Follow up on leads, display superior communication skills, and customer service to consistently identify opportunities

·       Identify and record key information to determine budget and timeline for healthcare facilities

·       Update data points while captured such as email addresses, points of contact, and phone numbers, and document the information in the provided tool

QUALIFICATIONS

·       Bachelor’s degree in the related field

·       Experience in a multi-client environment

·       Strong computer aptitude, which includes expertise with Microsoft 365 applications

·       Excellent listening and communication skills and has demonstrated ability to communicate efficiently with prospects via phone and email

·       Analytical skills with particular attention to detail

·       Aptitude in data management, analytics, reporting preparation

·       Ability to function in an autonomous environment—independent worker, self-directed
