Reporting Analyst
ROLE SUMMARY
A Reporting Analyst is responsible for managing data retrieval and analysis within the organization. The duties include organizing data points, communicating between Leadership Team, Corporate Services, and the IT department, and analyzing data to help the organization come up with informed decisions.
SCHEDULE: 6 AM - 3 PM Philippine Standard Time, follows Philippine Holidays
POSITION TYPE: Full Time
WORK ARRANGEMENT: Remote
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
· Create and maintain reports through office applications and business intelligence platforms
· Collaborate with team members for the purpose of collecting data and executing the company’s business intelligence strategy
· Analyze business requirements and processes and recommend improvements for reporting needs
· Create presentations about findings and analysis
· Create and maintain documentation that includes the design, requirements, and user manuals of the reports for the organization
· Compile business intelligence or trends to support actionable recommendations
QUALIFICATIONS
· A Bachelor’s degree in the related field
· 3-5 years of relevant work experience
· SQL Server skills including SQL objects development, performance tuning, data analysis, and integration
· Knowledge in technology such as C#, SharePoint, SAS, and Power BI is a big plus
· Strong business analysis skills
· Ability to handle databases and understand technology-driven business intelligence tools
· Ability to collect and compile relevant data
· Experience in a multi-client environment
· Strong computer aptitude, which includes expertise with Microsoft 365 applications
· Strong organization, oral and written communication skills
· Analytical skills with particular attention to detail and numbers
· Aptitude in data management, analytics, reporting preparation
· Ability to function in an autonomous environment—independent worker, self-directed
