ROLE SUMMARY

Our client is seeking for a qualified candidate to perform bookkeeping duties for various clients using QuickBooks Online.

SCHEDULE: 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM Pacific Standard Time (4AM to 1PM PHT), follows Philippine Holidays

POSITION TYPE: Full Time

WORK ARRANGEMENT: Remote

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

·       Perform recurring, routine, and moderately complex accounting functions using QuickBooks Online (QBO)

·       Conduct bank and credit card account reconciliations for various clients

·       Prepare journal entries via QBO

·       Process billing, collections, and sales receipts for various clients

·       Record accounts payable and accounts receivable for various clients

·       Prepare financial reports for review

·       Perform other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

·       Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business, or financial related area

·       Minimum of 2-3 years of bookkeeping/ accounting experience

·       Must be proficient with QuickBooks Online (minimum of 2 years of experience required)

·       Solid Excel, Word, and email writing skills

·       Must be technology savvy with PC and/or MAC experience, and able to adapt to new technology

·       Experience in a multi-client environment

·       Strong oral and written communication skills

·       Analytical skills with particular attention to detail

·       Flexible approach to changing priorities

·       Ability to take ownership of tasks and see them through to completion

·       Aptitude in data management, analytics, reporting preparation

·       Ability to work well within a confidential environment with sensitive information

·       Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to bring inconsistencies to the manager's attention
