ROLE SUMMARY

As the Sales Development Representative (Fitness Industry), you are expected to manage new leads for the client and support its franchise owners nationwide. You are also expected to provide customer service excellence and deliver sales assistance across.

SCHEDULE: 8 AM – 5 PM Eastern Standard Time, follows Philippine Holidays

POSITION TYPE: Full Time

WORK ARRANGEMENT: Remote

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

·       Manage new leads by following the cadence set forth by the client with the goal of scheduling a First Time Experience (FTE) for a given studio

·       Give 360-degree sales and support to franchise owners nationwide

·       Offer immediate resolution by converting leads into scheduled appointments, performing follow-up calls, and sending text messages

·       Provide an exceptional customer experience and be able to adapt to the high pace environment of sales

·       Take interested prospects through the sales process and close prospects using top-notch, proven, and authentic scripts

·       Be able to work independently and sustain high volume call handling along with detailed notetaking for each task completed

QUALIFICATIONS

·       A Bachelor’s degree in the related field

·       A positive and energetic personality is a must and an absolute requirement

·       Being passionate about fitness is a plus

·       Call center and/or sales experience is a plus

·       Ability to work shifts between 9 AM and 7 PM Eastern Time Zone, Monday-Friday and some weekends (as prescheduled)

·       Must be able to adjust the schedule to meet the sales expectation and individual needs of the respective studios

·       A desire to be part of a team that is health and fitness-focused

·       Strong multi-function computer skills

·       High-level of professionalism

·       Strong computer aptitude, which includes expertise with Microsoft 365 applications

·       Strong organization, oral and written communication skills

·       Analytical skills with particular attention to detail

·       Aptitude in data management, analytics, reporting preparation

·       Ability to function in an autonomous environment—independent worker, self-directed
