Content Writer
ROLE SUMMARY
As a Content Writer, you must feel confident researching and finding answers to questions and then structuring that research into bite-sized, easily digestible pieces of information. You do not have to have an in-depth knowledge of eCommerce, but you should be able to source your answers and provide insightful commentary in an authoritative tone.
SCHEDULE: 9 AM - 6 PM Pacific Standard Time follows Philippine holidays

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
• Source your answers through research and provide insightful commentary in an authoritative tone without plagiarizing existing published content
• Ghostwrite on the company’s behalf
• Understand the client's website, what kinds of products or services they offer, and the background of the person you'll be ghostwriting
• Go through each media list and provide the relevant queries that need to be answered for each client - over time, this responsibility will be transitioned to you so that you are handpicking the queries and answering them yourself
QUALIFICATIONS
• A Bachelor’s degree in the related field
• Experience with medical writing or can quickly adapt to the style of medical writing
• Strong research skills and ability to find answers to unfamiliar topics
• Experience with Grammarly
• Experience with Jasper (formerly Jarvis) - AI copywriting tool
• Experience with project management tools - ClickUp
• Native English speaking and writing skills are strongly preferred
• Understand English language nuances and expressions so that writing sounds natural from a reader's viewpoint
• Experience in a multi-client environment
• Strong computer aptitude, which includes expertise with Microsoft 365 applications
• Strong organization, oral and written communication skills
• Analytical skills with particular attention to detail
• Aptitude in data management, analytics, reporting preparation
• Ability to function in an autonomous environment—independent worker, self-directed
