Leasing Assistant

SCHEDULE: 9 AM – 6 PM Pacific Standard Time – Tuesday to Saturday, follows Philippine Holidays

POSITION TYPE: Full Time

WORK ARRANGEMENT: Remote

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

·       Draft and post online advertisements for available apartments

·       Communicate via phone and email with prospective residents to answer questions

·       Schedule tours between on-site leasing agents and prospective residents

·       Maintain records of guest activities and keep availability updated

·       Monitor vacancy and make the necessary plans to advertise each available apartment

·       Ensure all vacant apartments are listed for rent online and all marketing efforts are of professional quality

·       Maintain accurate and complete resident files in accordance with company policies

·       Provide daily or other regular activity reports to the team

·       Assist property managers and property management team with tasks as needed

QUALIFICATIONS

·       High School diploma required

·       Two years of professional experience in customer service, sales, leasing, or another related field

·       Adherence to Federal, State, and local fair housing laws and best practices

·       Organized and able to adapt to a fast-paced job and situational changes

·       Great time management, including prioritization and communication

·       Capacity to remain calm in intense situations

·       Accept constructive criticism and give appropriate feedback

·       Experience in a multi-client environment

·       Strong computer aptitude, which includes expertise with Microsoft 365 applications

·       Strong organization, oral and written communication skills

·       Analytical skills with particular attention to detail

·       Aptitude in data management, analytics, reporting preparation

·       Ability to function in an autonomous environment—independent worker, self-directed
