Our client is looking for an Accounting Executive Assistant who will provide a wide range of services and support for the partners of the organization. This includes performing administrative functions, managing emails and calendars, assisting with client communications/appointments, and project management.

Account Processor I
Our Account Processor I support small business owners and our team of plan administrators with obtaining information necessary to complete the annual testing requirements for 401(k) plans. A large part of this role is reviewing documents submitted by the clients and communicating with clients when more information is necessary. Collaborate with the plan administration and compliance teams to ensure annual 5500 filings are completed in a timely manner.
Accountant
Our client is looking for a highly competent Senior Accountant with experience in full-cycle accounting, including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and General Ledger accounting. This position will fill in and handle all critical duties of various accounting desks while other staff are away or may need assistance. He/she will be cross-trained in the various assignments and must be willing to work where needed. Depending on which temporary desk assignment needs help, he/she must be able to manage and execute monthly analyses and reconciliations of balance sheet accounts, analyze financial information, prepare reports, create journal entries, create customer billings, and undertake a variety of financial and non-financial tasks to help guarantee the company’s revenues.

This role works primarily with new clients to analyze their financial records, fix existing accounting and bookkeeping errors, and transition clean data to the ongoing client team. The Associate works closely with the company’s Onboarding and Ongoing teams and leverages their accounting and technical expertise to help streamline client processes, recommend accounting and workflow changes, and position clients to reach their financial goals. The Finance Administrator will be responsible for processing routine financial accounting of the client’s network to ensure the accurate, complete, and timely reporting of business performance. The role requires responsibility for the timely and accurate processing of transactions within the financial reporting system including the invoicing for accounts receivable and payable in accordance with company approval authority.
The role is also accountable for the completion of management and maintenance of key financial records, financial reconciliations, and statutory lodgments, and ensuring that company credit card spending, and staff reimbursement are in line with company policy. The role requires interactions with key business stakeholders including but not limited to suppliers, franchisees, store team members, and the support office team. The position works closely with the finance, data, payroll, and technology teams.
