ROLE SUMMARY

A DOXA Virtual Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative, organizational, and operational support remotely to one client, based in the United States. This role demands exceptional multitasking skills, a high level of organization, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and adept at managing a diverse range of tasks. This role includes two weeks of paid training to start.

POSITION TYPE: Full Time

WORK ARRANGEMENT: Remote

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

·       Email Management: Manage and organize emails, including prioritizing urgent correspondence and responding to inquiries on behalf of their client

·       Scheduling: Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and occasional travel arrangements, ensuring efficient time management

·       Document Management: Prepare and organize documents such as reports, memos, and other office files

·       Research: Conduct research for various projects, compile data, and support with presentation creation

·       Social Media: Support with content creation, scheduling, audience engagement, and tracking

·       Customer Relationship Management: Provide client support by managing inquiries and feedback and resolving occasional issues in a timely fashion, including tracking opportunities in CRMs and light sales administration support

·       Special Projects/Project Management: Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports and coordinating projects and support delivery

·       Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance, potentially including expense management, simple invoicing, or tracking payments

QUALIFICATIONS

·       A bachelor’s degree in the related field is an advantage

·       Strong research skills and ability to find answers to unfamiliar topics

·       Expert English speaking and writing skills, with a strong understanding of language nuances so that writing sounds natural from a reader's viewpoint

·       Experience with Jasper (formerly Jarvis), which is the company’s AI copywriting tool

·       Experience with Grammarly

·       Experience with project management tools, such as ClickUp

·       Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines

·       Experience in a multi-client environment

·       Analytical skills with particular attention to detail

·       Aptitude in data management, analytics, reporting preparation

·       Ability to function in an autonomous environment—independent worker, self-directed
