Client Finance Coordinator

ROLE SUMMARY

Our client is looking for a Client Finance Coordinator who will provide a unique opportunity to streamline execution excellence across multiple teams. This role will support and partner with a client strategy team in entering client order information into the financial system.

SCHEDULE: 8:00 AM – 5:00 Eastern Daylight Time (8:00 PM – 5:00 AM Philippine Standard Time), Follows Philippine holidays

POSITION TYPE: Full Time

WORK ARRANGEMENT: Remote

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

·       Process client orders on time and in compliance with client contract requirements

·       Escalate issues/concerns on time

·       Contribute to building positive and productive working relationships within the accounting and client strategy teams

·       Partner with the accounting team to ensure needs/expectations are met and continually search for ways to increase the level of service

·       Audit accounting outputs to ensure accuracy for client orders, including client invoices, vendor bills, client revenue, gross margin, etc.

·       Perform additional duties and responsibilities that may be assigned as necessitated by business needs

 QUALIFICATIONS:

·       Preferably a 4-year college degree holder in Accounting or Finance or similar major

·       Knowledge of US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)

·       Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite specifically in Excel

·       Experience with data entry and interpretation

·       Possess strong organization and communication skills

·       Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask and prioritize work based on requests from multiple people

·       A fast learner and comfortable to work in a fast-paced environment
