Vendor Support and Integration Specialist

ROLE SUMMARY

Our client is looking for a Vendor Support and Integration Specialist who will be responsible for ensuring the successful enablement of products to third-party vendors.

SCHEDULE: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Eastern Daylight Time (9:00 PM – 6:00 AM Philippine Standard Time), follows Philippine holidays

POSITION TYPE: Full Time

WORK ARRANGEMENT: Remote

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

·       Support requests from internal and external customers for data, troubleshooting, and general support

·       Support inventory management, including projections of inventory needed and ensuring inventory is exhausted

·       Monitor and respond to data alerts for integration and/or product disruptions

·       Create and maintain business and technical documentation for products and processes

QUALIFICATIONS:

·       A Bachelor’s degree in the related field is preferred

·       Experience in troubleshooting

·       Experience in managing a ticket queue and working within SLAs

·       Experience in product and process documentation

·       Experience in inventory management

·       Knowledge of digital media

·       Experience working with Jira is an advantage

·       Strong written and verbal communication skills

·       Ability to speak to users of different levels of knowledge and understanding

·       Strong computer aptitude, which includes expertise with Microsoft 365 applications

·       Analytical skills with particular attention to detail

·       Ability to function in an autonomous environment—independent worker, self-directed
