Project Manager
ROLE SUMMARY
Our client is seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex projects and excellent communication skills. Preferable that the candidate has an understanding of the online casino and sports betting affiliate marketing industry, as well as knowledge of technological systems as he/she will be managing tech team(s). This role requires a proactive individual who can effectively lead cross-functional and cross-geo teams, manage resources, and ensure project success from inception to completion.
SCHEDULE: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM Pacific Daylight Time (10:00 PM – 7:00 AM Philippine Standard Time), follows Philippine holidays
POSITION TYPE: Full Time

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
· Define the project's purpose, scope, and main objectives
· Create a project plan that includes a budget, timeline, schedule, and roles and responsibilities
· Delegate tasks on the project to employees best positioned to complete them
· Make effective decisions when presented with multiple options for how to progress with the project
· Serve as a point of contact for teams when multiple units are assigned to the same project to ensure team actions remain in synergy
· Communicate with executives or the board to keep the project aligned with their goals
· Perform quality control on the project throughout development to maintain the standards expected
· Ensure projects meet deadlines
· Ensure clear communication with stakeholders and adapt work as needed based on feedback and project requirements
· Adjust schedules and targets on the project as needs or financing for the project change
· Conduct project reviews and create reports for executive staff
· Communicate with executives to keep the project aligned with their goals
· Run Sprint meetings (planning, retrospective, review) for multiple projects
· Run daily standup meetings for multiple projects
· Oversee ticketing management (Shortcut.com)
· Manage documentation using Confluence and Google Drive
· Manage project budgets, forecast financial needs, and handle credit cards and invoicing
· Engage with clients, provide technical support, and manage client relationships
· Build client tutorials of products
· Manage program and project teams for optimal return-on-investment and coordinate and delegate cross-project initiatives
· Assist in team development while holding teams accountable for their commitments, remove roadblocks to their work, leverage organizational resources to improve capacity for project work, and mentor and develop scrum masters and product owners
· Support the product owner in managing customer expectations for project deliverables, manage stakeholder communications, and help to implement an effective system of project governance
· Define and manage a well-defined process and champion ongoing process improvement initiatives to implement best practices for Agile project management
· Analyze, evaluate, and overcome program risks, and produce program reports for management and stakeholders
· Promote empowerment of the team, ensure that each team member is fully engaged in the project and is making a meaningful contribution, and encourage a sustainable pace with high levels of quality for the team
QUALIFICATIONS:
· A Bachelor’s degree in the related field is preferred
· PMP® certification or equivalent is preferred
· Skills or experience with the following are required:
o Agile methodologies, Scrum practices, Sprints, and Standups
o Ticketing system (Shortcut.com)
o Gantt charts
o Roadmaps
o Organization charts
o Quality assurance testing
o Project planning
o Google calendar
o Documentation (Google Drive and Confluence)
