Client Engagement Associate

ROLE SUMMARY

Our client is looking for a Client Engagement Associate, who will be responsible for connecting with clients and booking coaches for them based on their business needs. This role will manage a group of coaches and will utilize CRM software and marketing channels in aiming to keep them engaged.

SCHEDULE: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Eastern Daylight Time (8:00 PM – 5:00 AM Philippine Standard Time), follows Philippine holidays

POSITION TYPE: Full Time

WORK ARRANGEMENT: Remote

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

·       Select, engage, and book people using LinkedIn Recruiter

·       Manage up to 8 coaches and help generate at least 300 leads daily via LinkedIn Recruiter

·       Utilize marketing channels such as LinkedIn Recruiter and texting depending on the project

·       Use pre-written scripts for engagement and be able to go "off-script" as necessary after training

·       Utilize and be proficient with ESC2 (CRM), and You Can Book Me

QUALIFICATIONS:

·       A Bachelor’s degree in the related field is preferred

·       At least one year of experience in lead generation and/or appointment setting for international clients

·       Ability to qualify and prioritize leads effectively

·       Demonstrated success in client engagement with measurable results

·       Strong written and verbal English skills

·       Detail-oriented and has excellent time management skills

·       Ability to own tasks and be a team player

·       Experience in a multi-client environment

·       Strong computer aptitude, which includes expertise with Microsoft 365 applications

·       Ability to function in an autonomous environment—independent worker, self-directed
