Executive Assistant

ROLE SUMMARY

The Executive Assistant role would be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to the clients’ executives (managers, and/or directors). The role would be instrumental in ensuring that the executives are on-track and well-supported in their functions.

SCHEDULE: 9 AM – 6 PM Pacific Standard Time, follows Philippine Holidays

POSITION TYPE: Full Time

WORK ARRANGEMENT: Remote

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

·       Handle executive email and calendar management

·       Draft company and executive communication

·       Handle travel arrangements and expense management

·       Perform project management responsibilities

·       Handle Board of Directors management and meeting support

·       Maintain organizational records and documents

·       Facilitate execution of leadership meetings, strategic planning, events

·       Manage company event planning

·       Provide admin support to executive leadership and c-suite

·       Assist with executive with budget management

·       Handle metrics and data monitoring

QUALIFICATIONS

·       Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field preferred

·       Experience in a multi-client environment

·       Strong computer aptitude, which includes experience with Microsoft 365, G-Suite, Canva, Zoom, Dropbox, Asana, Calendly, Doodle, Skype, Slack, Trello, Adobe Acrobat, LastPass, LinkedIn, Screencast-o-matic

·       Strong organization, oral and written communication skills

·       Analytical skills with particular attention to detail

·       Aptitude in data management, analytics, reporting preparation

·       Ability to function in an autonomous environment—independent worker, self-directed
