ROLE SUMMARY

Our client is seeking a highly skilled Google Ads Marketing Specialist to manage and optimize our Google Ads campaigns. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in digital advertising, including setting up ad accounts, creating and managing campaigns, and optimizing ad placements and budgets for maximum ROI. This role requires familiarity with Google Ads, GTM, and GA4, as well as a basic understanding of SEO and WordPress. Certification in Google Ads, GTM, and GA4 is preferred but not mandatory if the candidate can demonstrate significant experience.

This role will drive the company’s online advertising strategy to generate leads and enhance brand visibility. This will involve end-to-end management of Google Ads campaigns, from initial setup and ad creation to performance tracking and optimization.

SCHEDULE: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Pacific Daylight Time (11:00 PM – 8:00 AM Philippine Standard Time), follows Philippine holidays

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

·       Oversee all aspects of Google Ads campaigns, including keyword research, bid management, and performance tracking

·       Set up and configure new Google Ad accounts for various projects and clients

·       Develop comprehensive advertising campaigns tailored to target audiences and marketing objectives

·       Design and write compelling ad copy and visuals that attract and convert target audiences

·       Produce engaging video content for Google Ads, ensuring they meet platform specifications and best practices

·       Craft persuasive and effective ad copy to maximize click-through rates and conversions

·       Optimize ad placements to ensure maximum visibility and engagement across the Google Ads network

·       Allocate and manage budgets for various campaigns to ensure efficient use of resources and maximum return on investment

·       Implement and manage conversion tracking using Google Ads, Google Tag Manager (GTM), and Google Analytics GA4

·       Manage and verify certifications for Google Ads, GTM, and GA4 for team members

QUALIFICATIONS

·       A Bachelor’s degree in the related field is preferred

·       Proven experience in managing Google Ads campaigns, with a demonstrable track record of success

·       Google Ads, GTM, and GA4 certifications are preferred but not required

·       Proficiency in Google Ads, GTM, GA4, and familiarity with WordPress

·       Strong ability to write persuasive ad copy; SEO copywriting experience is a plus

·       Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make data-driven decisions to improve campaign performance.

·       Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey complex ideas clearly and effectively

·       Strong attention to detail to ensure all campaigns are set up correctly and perform optimally

·       Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and prioritize tasks effectively
