ROLE SUMMARY

The mission of the Accounts Receivable and Collections Specialist is to oversee accounts receivable, credit collections, and cash applications while providing exceptional service to internal and external customers.

SCHEDULE: 8 AM – 5 PM Pacific Standard Time, follows Philippine Holidays

POSITION TYPE: Full Time

WORK ARRANGEMENT: Remote

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

·       Assist in administration collection policies and procedures

·       Making outbound collection calls and sending emails in a professional manner while keeping and improving customer relationships

·       Partner with the accounting team on collection activities

·       Resolves client-billing issues that have resulted in accounts receivable delinquency, applying good customer service in a timely manner

·       Performs follow up activities on accounts to ensure prompt payment

·       Escalate difficult collection situations to management in a timely manner

QUALIFICATIONS

·       Associates degree in Accounting/Finance, or a related field

·       Professional certification a plus

·       Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B collections

·       Proficient computer skills including Word, Excel, Outlook, data entry, and ERP systems

·       Experience with Microsoft Dynamics GP a plus

·       Dependable with excellent attendance history

·       Energetic and enthusiastic attitude

·       Caring and eager to provide outstanding service to all customers (internal and external)

·       Able to connect with different customer personalities and adapt to different situations.

·       Outstanding attention to detail, with an emphasis on accuracy

·       Excellent organization and prioritization skills for a fast-paced work environment
