Talent Operations Specialist

THE ROLE

The Compensation and Benefits Administrator will analyze and recommend the appropriate compensation and benefits package for incoming new hires. The VIP will work hand in hand with Talent Acquisition, Talent Experience, and Accounting.

SCHEDULE: 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM Philippine Local Time, follows Philippine holidays

POSITION TYPE: Full Time

WORK ARRANGEMENT: Remote

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

·       Ensure all salary analysis requests have been approved by the client

·       Review of successful candidate's salary information

·       Review of job orders and job descriptions and if needed, review of the candidate’s profile

·       Ensure that the salary budget is within the job order budget range

·       Ensure competitiveness of salary offer by doing comparative analysis among similar roles across clients and market range

·       Review and update of Role Service Menu twice a year (January and July)

QUALIFICATIONS

·       Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, finance, or a related field

·       5 years of experience as a compensation administrator/analyst or in a similar role

·       Strong MS Excel skills

·       Experience in a multi-client environment

·       Working knowledge of relevant policies, best practices, and basic labor law

·       Strong computer aptitude, which includes expertise with Microsoft 365 applications

·       Strong organization, oral and written communication, and interpersonal skills

·       Strong analytical capabilities with particular attention to detail

·       Must be a team player

·       Aptitude in data management, analytics, reporting preparation

·       Ability to function in an autonomous environment—independent worker, self-directed
