Sales and Marketing Assistant

ROLE SUMMARY

We’re looking for an exceptionally talented Sales and Marketing Assistant to support our client’s sales and marketing efforts. You'll work closely with their sales and marketing director. An exceptional can-do attitude, adherence to project schedules, knowledge of social media platforms, as well as excellent communication skills are prerequisites for this important position.

SCHEDULE: 9 AM – 6 PM Pacific DaylightTime (12 AM – 9 AM Philippine Local Time), Follows Philippine Holidays

POSITION TYPE: Full Time

WORK ARRANGEMENT: Remote

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

·       Manage sample request list and coordinate getting samples from clients for the company’s portfolio

·       Prepare submissions for design competitions

·       Edit the sizes of the images for design competitions using Photoshop

·       Help in preparing proposals

·       Assist the sales and marketing coordinator with promotional activities, including mailings, company blog, and email newsletters, on a weekly basis

·       Maintain and update the company’s social media presence on Twitter, Facebook, Behance, Pinterest, and in design site blogs

·       Maintain the company’s website through the WordPress content management system

·       Create different size versions of photos

·       Maintain and update the company’s contacts within the HubSpot database

·       Handle Google Ads maintenance and reports

QUALIFICATIONS

·       Bachelor of Arts degree in marketing, business, or organizational development a plus

·       A minimum of 2-3 years of marketing or sales administrative experience

·       Computer proficiency with the Mac platform

·       Excellent Microsoft Word (creation of templates), Excel, PowerPoint (customized), and Outlook skills

·       Adobe Photoshop skills a plus but not required

·       Excellent written and verbal communications skills, coupled with highly developed interpersonal skills

·       Strong project management skills with demonstrated ability to multi-task and accomplish priorities within tight timelines

·       Sound understanding of marketing and branding principles and tactics through all social media outlets

·       Flexible and open to changing priorities and managing multiple tasks simultaneously within compressed timeframes

·       Able to operate under pressure and meet deadlines

·       Excellent attention to detail

·       Team player and someone who works to ensure team goals are met or exceeded
