Recruiting Specialist

THE ROLE

As a Recruiting Specialist, you will source and recruit candidates for internal roles as listed on the client’s website. You will screen and qualify candidates based on skills, experience, compensation, and availability. You will work with hiring managers to schedule phone interviews, onsite interviews, background checks, and extending offers.

SCHEDULE: 8 AM – 5 PM Pacific Daylight Time (11 PM - 8 AM Philippine Local Time), follows Philippine holidays

POSITION TYPE: Full Time

WORK ARRANGEMENT: Remote

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

·       Attract, recruit, and initially vet qualified applicants to fill open staffing positions

·       Identify networking methodologies to recruit and source candidates

·       Ensure all roles have updated position descriptions posted to company SharePoint site

·       Work with applicable managers and leaders to develop position descriptions for new roles as needed

·       Post open positions to JAZZHR and other job sites as required

·       Conduct testing as is applicable for open roles

·       Perform initial screening interviews as required

·       Facilitate company leaders following hiring and onboarding processes

·       Assist with assorted HR and administrative functions as requested

QUALIFICATIONS

·       A Bachelor’s degree in the related field

·       Construction industry knowledge a plus

·       Experience in a multi-client environment

·       Excellent verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal skills, and is team oriented

·       Enjoy networking and building lasting relationships

·       Independent worker, well organized, detail oriented, self-motivated, and able to multi-task with superior follow-up skills

·       Persistent in pursuit of answers and information and have a positive can-do attitude

·       Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office suite

·       Take pride in quality and quantity of work produced

·       Recognizes urgency in solving problems and completing critical work

·       Proven ability to independently research and identify relevant information

·       Maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion

·       Superior attention to detail, problem solver

·       Must demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness
