ROLE SUMMARY

We are seeking a skilled Zoho Implementation/ Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful Zoho implementation projects, as well as providing end-user support.

SCHEDULE: 8 AM – 5 PM Pacific Standard Time (11 PM – 8 AM Philippine Local Time), Follows Philippine Holidays

POSITION TYPE: Full Time

WORK ARRANGEMENT: Remote

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

·       Handle the implementation and customization of Zoho applications

·       Integrate Zoho apps with third-party applications and systems

·       Configure workflows, custom functions, and reports to improve system efficiency

·       Manage user accounts and security settings

·       Handle the technical documentation of Zoho-related work

·       Troubleshoot and resolve Zoho-related issues

·       Report to the Chief Operating Officer and work directly under the company's founder

QUALIFICATIONS

·       A Bachelor’s degree in the related field is an advantage

·       At least 2 years of experience in Zoho CRM, including its various applications and features

·       Experience with Zoho implementation, customization, and administration

·       Working knowledge of configuring and customizing workflows, functions, and reports.

·       Strong technical documentation skills

·       Ability to integrate Zoho apps with third-party applications

·       Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate with clients and team members

·       Experience in a multi-client environment

·       Analytical skills with particular attention to detail

·       Ability to function in an autonomous environment—independent worker, self-directed
