Digital Media Buyer

THE ROLE

As the Digital Media Buyer, you will manage all the digital ad campaigns for the client. This includes paid search, paid social, retargeting, native ads, video ads, and audio ads. You will be backed up by the rest of the marketing team that can step in to help scope out campaigns, write ad copy, and create designs as needed.

You will work to create best-in-class advertising experiences that align with our brand voice and values while driving results across the rest of the business. This role plays an essential part of the broader marketing strategy that will contribute to the overall success of the client.

SCHEDULE: 9 AM - 6 PM Pacific Daylight Time (12 AM – 9 AM Philippine Local Time), follows Philippine holidays

POSITION TYPE: Full Time

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

·       Own and update analytical reports and dashboards used by management and leadership teams and communicate them effectively

·       Creation, execution, and maintenance of digital advertising across all ad networks and paid channels

·       Monitor KPIs to optimize ads for performance and make data-driven decisions

·       Maximize content engagement, website traffic, and lead generation within the advertising budget

·       Manage audience segmentation within the CRM and ad networks to implement layered retargeting strategies

·       Manage your portfolio of ad campaigns to stay within budget while quickly scaling up winning campaigns and pausing non-productive campaigns

·       Conduct ongoing audience research, keyword research, competitor analysis, and industry analysis to inform digital advertising campaigns

·       Ensure all ad creatives, landing pages, and copies have high conversion rates and align with our brand voice and values

·       Use your strong analytical skills to evaluate the end-to-end buyers' journey and make suggestions for improvements

·       Create, test, and optimize landing page performance

·       Conduct ongoing testing and learning to continuously improve CX and conversions

·       Set quantifiable goals and demonstrate the ability to meet or exceed those goals

·       Communicate with the marketing and sales team on campaign performance, new ideas, industry insights, potential issues, and proposed solutions

·       Collaborate with other marketing team members to ensure the department and company-level initiatives and KPIs are being met or exceeded

QUALIFICATIONS

·       A Bachelor’s degree in the related field

·       3+ years of proven experience managing digital ads, including Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads, YouTube Ads, and retargeting campaigns

·       Able to provide examples of digital advertising campaigns you have managed that have led to successful business outcomes

·       Proficiency in managing media buys and optimizing campaigns across ad platforms

·       Ability to create high-converting landing pages and ad copies

·       Experience with CRMs and reporting tools

·       Strong computer aptitude, which includes expertise with Microsoft 365 applications

·       Strong organization, oral and written communication skills

·       A team player with a positive mindset

·       Experience in a multi-client environment

·       Analytical skills with particular attention to detail

·       Aptitude in data management, analytics, reporting preparation

·       Ability to function in an autonomous environment—independent worker, self-directed

·       Demonstrate customer empathy and resonate with the client’s core mission
