Sales Development Representative

ROLE SUMMARY

Our client is looking for a Sales Development Representative who can deliver excellent service to both internal and external customers by coordinating all administrative, and operational aspects of the sales process. This role’s responsibilities include the preparation of sales proposals using PandaDoc and HubSpot, order processing cycle, preparing materials for sales meetings, sitting in all client sales meetings to ensure follow-ups are done, keen attention to detail, connecting with customers, establishing rapport, identifying their needs, and providing solutions.

SCHEDULE: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM Central Standard time (11:00 PM - 8:00 AM Philippine Standard time), follows Philippine holidays

POSITION TYPE: Full Time

WORK ARRANGEMENT: Remote

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

·       Sit in on all client sales meetings, take notes, follow up actions, and create follow-up emails for the sales team to review and send

·       Ensure all follow-up tasks are documented and scheduled in HubSpot and that all tasks are completed on time

·       Keep the deal pipeline updated daily for all deal owners

·       Prepare sales proposals

·       Create and modify Sales templates

·       Handle and manage the closing and contract process and hand contracts over to the consulting department

·       File documents on different portals (Dropbox)

·       Manage the creation, distribution, and storage of sales materials

·       Coordinate sales team meeting schedules, compile meeting materials, and digital filing process

QUALIFICATIONS

·       Bachelor’s degree in business administration, sales, entrepreneurship or equivalent

·       3 years of experience in a sales support role or similar business role

·       Experience in a multi-client environment

·       Strong computer skills with a thorough knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Office, PowerPoint, Word, Hubspot, PandaDoc required

·       Strong understanding of how to use Chat GPT and other Gen AI tools to produce efficiencies

·       Exceptional communication (verbal and written), problem-solving, and interpersonal skills

·       Outstanding attention to detail and drive to deliver results

·       Strong fact-based and intuitive decision-making skills

·       Ability to work independently

·       Ability to adapt to a changing environment

·       Ability to function in an autonomous environment—independent worker, self-directed
