Our client is looking for a motivated Digital Marketing Specialist to join the team. The ideal candidate is an enthusiastic individual with prior experience in digital content development and new business prospecting. This role entails handling social media, publishing digital content, managing online communities, and developing marketing strategies.

·       Create social posts as well as manage and maintain social media sites

·       Create and publish digital content that aligns with the brand vision

·       Build meaningful community connections, and encourage authentic customer engagements

·       Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns

·       Build and maintain a strong social media presence for the company

·       Manage content creation and develop engaging and relevant content for various digital channels, including websites, blogs, social media platforms, email newsletters, and other digital marketing assets

·       Ensure that the content is optimized for search engines and resonates with the target audience

·       Manage social media accounts by creating and scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, responding to comments and messages, and analyzing social media metrics

·       Utilize social media platforms effectively to build brand awareness, engage with the audience, and drive website traffic

·       Manage email marketing by planning and executing email marketing campaigns, including designing templates, creating compelling email content, managing subscriber lists, and analyzing campaign performance metrics

·       Implement strategies to improve open rates, click-through rates, and conversions

·       Perform website management and optimization by overseeing website content, functionality, and performance

·       Collaborate with web developers to ensure that the website is user-friendly, visually appealing, and optimized for search engines

·       Track website analytics to identify areas for improvement and implement SEO strategies

·       Analyze and report on campaign performance by utilizing analytics tools to monitor and analyze digital marketing campaigns' performance including website traffic, conversion rates, click-through rates, and engagement metrics

·       Generate reports and provide insights to management, highlighting successes, challenges, and recommendations for improvement

·       Conduct market research and competitor analysis by staying updated on industry trends in digital marketing strategies which can be used to refine marketing campaigns and identify new opportunities

·       Perform other tasks as directed by direct reports


·       A bachelor’s degree in the related field is an advantage

·       Experience in content writing, social media management, and email campaign

·       Experience in designing Microsoft PowerPoint presentations and brochures

·       Experience with CRM management and design templates

·       Experience in a multi-client environment

·       Strong computer aptitude, which includes expertise with Microsoft 365 applications

·       Strong organization, oral and written communication skills

·       Analytical skills with particular attention to detail

·       Aptitude in data management, analytics, reporting preparation

·       Ability to function in an autonomous environment—independent worker, self-directed
