Personal Property Tax Consultant

ROLE SUMMARY

Our client is seeking a Personal Property Tax Consultant to join their team. This role will handle all processes involving personal property tax returns, and assist with reviews, invoicing, reporting, and documentation.

SCHEDULE: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Central Standard Time (10:00 PM – 7:00 AM Philippine Standard Time), follows Philippine holidays

POSITION TYPE: Full Time

WORK ARRANGEMENT: Remote

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

·       File personal property tax returns

·       Request information as needed

·       Review values associated with returns

·       Assist with accepting values

·       Appeal and prepare packets

·       Handle invoicing, reporting, and tax bills

·       Manage events

·       Conduct document reviews

QUALIFICATIONS

·       A Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field

·       At least two years of experience in a similar type of working environment is preferable

·       Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Excel especially of V-Lookups

·       Experience in a multi-client environment

·       Strong organization, and excellent oral and written communication skills

·       Analytical skills with particular attention to detail and follow-through are extremely important

·       Aptitude in data management, analytics, reporting preparation

·       Ability to function in an autonomous environment—independent worker, self-directed
