SharePoint Administrator


Our client is looking for a SharePoint Administrator who will directly support the Vice President (Operations) in the planning and execution of strategic initiatives. The position requires SharePoint Administrator certification and basic familiarity with generative artificial intelligence use, to address existing, planned, and emergent business needs.

SCHEDULE: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Pacific Standard Time (12:00 AM – 9:00 AM Philippine Standard Time), follows Philippine holidays




·       Handle the following duties for SharePoint administration tasks:

o   Handle SharePoint Online environment administration

o   Explore emerging generative AI technology potential

o   Create sites, hubs, lists, libraries, and workflow automation in support of organization information management goals

o   Work with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts to design, format, and curate SharePoint structure, content, and processes to support internal users

o   Provide thorough and uniform documentation of all projects

o   Create and present assigned project status reports

o   Collaborate regularly with internal stakeholders

o   Train team members as needed on basic functionality

o   Provide excellent customer service to internal customers

·       Handle the following duties for executive correspondence and scheduling tasks:

o   Able to manage and act as a liaison between the leaders and other team members

o   Seek answers and information as requested

o   Handle daily sorts, review, prioritize, and route emails based on established priorities

o   Keep informed of the leader’s schedule and upcoming meetings and events

o   Assist with the coordination and confirmation of meetings, appointments, travel arrangements, events, and the procurements of relevant information

o   Prepare presentations and other materials for meetings and appointments, draft agendas, record, distribute minutes, and coordinate the meeting room logistics and refreshments as needed

o   Ensure the leaders are prepared for meetings including meeting materials

·       Handle the following duties for documentation and reporting tasks:

o   Perform word processing, draft, edit, proofread, format, and finalize correspondence documents and presentations

o   Prepare spreadsheets, research, and track results, and build reports (Word or Excel) and presentations (PowerPoint)

o   Proofread and review documents such as, but not limited to contracts, agreements, and formal vendor and customer communication

o   Ensure timely responses to correspondence

o   Prepare and follow up daily: memos, thank you letters, reports, and follow-up calls.

o   Provide support for the preparation of expense reports, purchase orders, mileage reports, etc.

o   Assist with record-keeping and document archiving needs

o   Assist other management team members as requested

o   Assist with special projects as directed


·       A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience is a must

·       SharePoint Administrator certification is required

·       Proven ability to independently research and identify relevant information

·       Highly proficient with the Microsoft Office suite including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams

·       Flexible and proactive on multiple tasked assignments going simultaneously

·       Ability to recognize urgency in solving problems and completing critical work

·       Maintains a high level of confidentiality and discretion

·       Must demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness
