Digital Marketing Strategist

THE ROLE

Our client is looking for a Digital Marketing Strategist who will become a partner and strategist for their rapidly growing portfolio of clients. The ideal candidate will have keen attention to detail, experience creating compelling digital marketing strategies, can provide white glove client-facing service, and can manage many moving parts to meet deadlines.

SCHEDULE: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (10:00 PM – 7:00 AM Philippine Standard Time), follows Philippine holidays

POSITION TYPE: Full Time

WORK ARRANGEMENT: Remote

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

·       Perform the following Search Engine Optimization tasks:

o   Perform keyword research and analysis

o   Handle citation building and management

o   Perform technical SEO audits and analysis to identify issues, pitfalls, and improvements

o   Manage content calendar creation for future blog topics and keywords

o   Manage blog vetting and approval process

o   Edit content for SEO (blogs, site pages, site structure, links, etc.)

o   Analyze competitor websites for optimization and strategy purposes

o   Handle backlinking campaign management

o   Track keywords to forecast opportunities

o   Set up analytics and conversion tracking

o   Track KPIs, create, and deliver monthly reports

o   Collaborate with account managers on client portfolio

o   Research the latest digital marketing trends and stay up to date on industry developments, search engine guidelines, and SEO best practices

·       Perform the following Advertising tasks:

o   Set up and manage Google Search and Display Campaigns

o   Set up and manage LinkedIn Ad Campaigns, Facebook, and Instagram Ad Campaigns

o   Perform competitor research and analysis

o   Set up proper conversion tracking

o   Collaborate with account managers on client portfolio

o   Create and deliver monthly reports

o   Handle ongoing strategy for defined KPIs (budget, conversions, bidding, etc.)

QUALIFICATIONS

·       A Bachelor’s degree in the related field is preferred

·       Have 2-3 years of digital marketing and work experience at a digital agency where you dealt directly with multiple clients to strategize and analyze campaign performance

·       With 1+ years of experience using SEO tools such as Semrush, Mangools, Screaming Frog, etc.

·       With 1+ years of experience with Google Ads and social media advertising on LinkedIn and/or Facebook

·       Experience presenting client-facing reports on campaign progress and website metrics is a plus

·       Experience with A/B testing, particularly with Google Optimize is a plus

·       Experience working in Asana is a plus

·       Working knowledge of WordPress is a plus

·       Certifications in Google Suite Apps (Analytics, etc.), Semrush, HubSpot, and others is a plus

·       Strong technical knowledge of best practices for web design and development is a plus

·       Advanced knowledge of Google Suite: Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Data Studio, Google My Business, and Google Advertising

·       Highly fluent English skills both verbal and written, preferably adept at presenting marketing data in a clear, concise, and friendly manner

·       Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills; the ability to understand and use data to make decisions

·       Ability to plan, organize, and complete multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment while working from home

·       Strong time management skills, including time-tracking
