Sales Development Representative

THE ROLE

Our client is looking for a Sales Development Representative who will be responsible for identifying potential customers, generating new business opportunities, and managing leads through the sales pipeline. You will work closely with their team to ensure that their company’s sales goals are met.

SCHEDULE: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (10:00 PM – 7:00 AM Philippine Standard Time), follows Philippine holidays

POSITION TYPE: Full Time

WORK ARRANGEMENT: Remote

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

·       Build and cultivate prospect relationships by introducing the company creating awareness, and identifying prospects

·       Contact and qualify potential customers through cold calling

·       Set appointments and follow up on leads and prospects

·       Track the number of meetings per week and progress toward meeting sales goals

·       Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for reaching sales targets

·       Use customer relationship management (CRM) software to manage leads and sales activities

·       Update data points while captured such as email addresses, point of contact, and phone numbers, and document it in the provided tool

·       Provide regular reports on sales activities and results

·       Secure discovery calls/webinars with prospects by sending the calendar invitation and Zoom call details

·       Follow up on leads, and display superior communication skills and customer service to consistently identify opportunities

·       Provide a pipeline of activity weekly to uncover challenges and participate in ongoing training

QUALIFICATIONS

·       A Bachelor’s degree in the related field is an advantage

·       2-3 years of experience in sales with multitouch outbound calling sequence duties, and able to handle 50 calls per day with email follow-ups (this may be adjusted based on time)

·       Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software

·       Friendly, sales experience in helping build out sales systems is a plus

·       Strong work ethic, a proven track record of success in sales, and someone willing to do whatever it takes to achieve the meeting goals

·       Self-motivated individual with a passion for sales

·       Ability to build and maintain relationships with potential clients

·       Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies

·       Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and time-management skills

·       Ability to communicate efficiently with prospects via phone and email

·       Experience in a multi-client environment

·       Strong computer aptitude, which includes expertise with Microsoft 365 applications

·       Strong organization, and excellent listening, oral, and written communication skills

·       Analytical skills with particular attention to detail

·       Ability to function in an autonomous environment—independent worker, self-directed
