ROLE SUMMARY

The role of eCommerce Product Content Merchandiser offers an exciting opportunity to take charge of crafting a renewed strategy and supervising product-related details, resources, and content. SCHEDULE: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Central Standard Time (11:00 PM – 8:00 AM Philippine Standard Time), follows Philippine holidays

POSITION TYPE: Full Time

WORK ARRANGEMENT: Remote

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

·       Increase sales for the company and other eCommerce platforms by expertly implementing merchandising and functionality strategies that improve conversion and average order value

·       Manage the e-commerce product strategy and product page content quality, including images, video, overview content, specifications, etc.

·       Work with teams to launch new products and ongoing catalog maintenance

·       Develop and maintain standards for our online product presentation, including defining naming conventions, related item logic, content organization, formatting, etc.

·       Lead and manage a project team of people across online visual merchandising, content, copywriting, and operations disciplines, driving a culture of high performance, innovation, and collaboration

·       Build and manage internal buyer relationships and sample coordination

·       Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, to launch cohesive go-to-market plans that support brand objectives and targets

·       Create a data-driven product culture, developing and using dashboards to allow insight to inform action on product-specific performance to ignite ideas

·       Oversee website product photography from request through to completion

·       Focus on product optimization, pushing for a best-in-class eCommerce experience with an appreciation of the evolving nature of digital

·       Stay up to date with the competitive landscape, industry trends, and other merchandising/content opportunities

·       Present quarterly product data wins and a competitive review with leadership

QUALIFICATIONS

·       Bachelor’s degree  required or equivalent experience

·       7+ years of eMerchandising experience

·       Experience with high stock keeping unit/large inventory product is a bonus

·       Experience with Shopify and SearchSpring is a plus

·       Experience with Asana is a plus

·       Strong communication and project management skills required

·       Strong analytical skills, with a focus on eCommerce tools

·       Ability to handle a variety of tasks and can work independently

·       Proven knowledge of product information management as it relates to digital merchandising
