ROLE SUMMARY

Our client is looking for recruiters who can work in a virtual environment to select, interview, and screen candidates to participate in studies or focus groups for clients who conduct market research for consumer or patient medical studies. Recruiters must possess great people skills and the ability to work well with little supervision. The ideal candidate has a strong work ethic and desire to succeed, strong communication and organizational skills, and is comfortable working with Google Docs, Gmail, Excel, and other Microsoft Office programs as needed. 

POSSIBLE SCHEDULES:

9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Pacific Standard Time (1:00 AM – 10:00 AM Philippine Standard Time)

9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (10:00 PM – 7:00 AM Philippine Standard Time)

9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Central Standard Time (11:00 PM – 8:00 AM Philippine Standard Time)

Follows Philippine Holidays

POSITION TYPE: Full Time

WORK ARRANGEMENT: Remote

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

·       Recruit qualified candidates to meet criteria for specific client focus groups or interviews; this may include local or off-site locations nationally, with projects varying in duration and scope

·       Determine qualified or not qualified candidates for the group based on client screening instrument  

·       Make cold calls as needed on some projects

·       Handle data entry in the system database, Excel, and other Google Docs

·       Schedule and follow up confirmation for qualified recruits for study dates set by the client

·       Update participant database information  

·       Handle daily communications with project managers

·       Attend regular recruiter meetings via online virtual webcasts

·       Perform other duties as required 

QUALIFICATIONS

·       A Bachelor’s degree in the related field

·       Intermediate level experience with data entry in Excel, Google Docs, Microsoft Teams, Internet Search Engines

·       Intermediate computer knowledge with the capability to install and run basic computer programs and to perform some basic troubleshooting on personal computer/phone equipment as needed

·       Sales experience is a plus

·       Previous work-from-home experience preferred

·       A self-starter and can work with little supervision

·       Experience in a multi-client environment

·       Strong organization, oral and written communication skills

·       Analytical skills with particular attention to detail

·       Aptitude in data management
