Administrative Coordinator

THE ROLE

Our client is looking for an Administrative Coordinator who will serve as the hub of the office. This role will direct communication, facilitate a variety of tasks, and organize all necessary paperwork.

SCHEDULE: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Eastern Daylight Time (10:00 PM – 7:00 AM Philippine Standard Time), follows Philippine holidays

POSITION TYPE: Full Time

WORK ARRANGEMENT: Remote

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

·       Handle admin and back-end responsibilities to speed up the operations’ turnaround

·       Collate and verify OCR

·       Communicate and build a relationship with the internal team

·       Manage paperwork and direct communication across the organization

QUALIFICATIONS

·       A Bachelor’s degree in the related field

·       Experience with light bookkeeping and QuickBooks

·       Knowledgeable with the following software: CCH Axcess™ Cloud Tax & Accounting Software, Workstream, and Work in Progress (WIP) Accounting Journal Entries

·       Experience in a multi-client environment

·       Strong computer aptitude, which includes expertise with Microsoft 365 applications

·       Must be reliable and has a sense of urgency

·       Strong organization, oral and written communication skills

·       Analytical skills with particular attention to detail

·       Aptitude in data management, analytics, reporting preparation

·       Ability to function in an autonomous environment—independent worker, self-directed
