ROLE SUMMARY
Our client is looking for a Performance Media Specialist, who will manage and optimize programmatic advertising for their clients. This role is responsible for actively reviewing performance data, tracking against our clients’ ad campaign goals, and making recommendations to improve performance and deliver the best ROI. They are looking for an analytical-minded person who loves using data to uncover trends.
SCHEDULE: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (10:00 PM – 7:00 AM Philippine Standard Time), follows Philippine holidays
POSITION TYPE: Full Time
WORK ARRANGEMENT: Remote
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
· Assist in configuring and troubleshooting programmatic advertising campaigns, creating reports, and evaluating campaign performance through data analysis every day
· Evaluate and analyze client data to optimize campaigns and drive a continual increase in client ROI
· Report on client campaigns, provide valuable information, and synthesize complex information into easy-to-understand accessible insights
· Use tech-savvy problem-solving skills to identify and troubleshoot issues in a dynamic digital environment
· Maintain the integrity of tracking and analytics across a variety of media platforms to effectively track ROI
· Communicate with clients and client service team members to review the campaign performance against goals both over email and for in-depth quarterly business reviews.
· Work collaboratively internally with various teams to ensure client campaigns are successful
· Communicate with vendor partners to work collaboratively on client campaigns
· Conduct A/B testing of ads from hypothesis generation through data gathering and conclusions
QUALIFICATIONS
· A Bachelor’s degree in the related field
· Experience with performance management systems and tools
· Advanced proficiency with Excel
· Experience with Google Analytics preferred
· Strong analytical skills, with the ability to evaluate data, identify trends, and effectively summarize information
· Fluent in digital performance advertising, particularly the pay-per-click advertising model
· Self-motivated, self-starter, able to independently execute with minimal supervision in a fast-paced agency environment with rapidly changing priorities
· Critical thinker who likes to solve problems and create new solutions
· Strong organizational/time management skills, attention to detail, and ability to effectively prioritize and handle multiple tasks
· Strong oral and written communication skills
· Aptitude in data management, analytics, reporting preparation
