ROLE SUMMARY

The Performance Marketing Specialist/Coordinator (Paid Search) role is a critical function responsible for task-oriented media support along with the management of transactional campaigns. The media this individual is responsible for supporting includes Google Ads and Programmatic Display DSPs.

POSSIBLE SCHEDULES:

9:00 AM - 6:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (10:00 PM – 7:00 AM Philippine Standard Time)

9:00 AM - 6:00 PM Pacific Standard Time (1:00 AM – 10:00 AM Philippine Standard Time)

Follows Philippine holidays

POSITION TYPE: Full Time

WORK ARRANGEMENT: Remote

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

·       Perform the following campaign setup tasks:

o   Work in the platform to configure campaigns, set budgets, target, creative, and run dates on transactional efforts

o   Validate budgets against allocated POs

o   Handle QA campaigns as requested to ensure proper configuration to deliver against the campaign goals

o   Support with writing ad copy to align with platform specifications and best practices

·       Perform the following campaign optimization tasks:

o   Track spending to ensure pace aligns with campaign goals and adjust as needed to ensure the media paces appropriately

o   Communicate challenges around campaign delivery to appropriate team members

o   Recognize metrics within campaigns that may require adjustments to improve performance and communicate needed optimizations to internal team members

o   Communicate with internal teammates to ensure ongoing campaign performance and updates are understood

·       Perform the following campaign reporting tasks:

o   Support in ad-hoc reporting requests to pull together data from various sources

o   Communicate campaign insights and recommendations to help elevate the discussion around this media in the conversation with clients and internal teams

o   Build new campaign reports as requested by the campaign manager or senior campaign manager

o   Maintain standards for delivery

o   Update key information on account setups as requested

o   Suggest process improvements and collaborate with teammates to implement

QUALIFICATIONS

·       Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing or commensurate experience

·       Up to 2 years of experience in Marketing roles

·       Up to a year of experience in Google Ads and DSPs

·       Must have experience with Facebook Ads

·       Basic understanding of marketing

·       Experience with Google suite of products preferred (Google Data Studio and Google Sheets)

·       Able to quickly learn how to use digital collaboration tools like JIRA, Confluence, Asana, etc.

·       Familiarity with recruitment marketing and/or talent attraction a plus

·       Detail-oriented and values-building in growing relationships

·       Process-driven and action-oriented

·       Skilled oral and written communicator with the ability to work with distributed teams to drive results

·       Thirst for knowledge and openness to learn
