ROLE SUMMARY

Our client is looking for a Project Coordinator, Customer Success to support their Implementation Consultants in overseeing new customer onboarding and ongoing projects. They will be responsible for handling administrative tasks, summarizing meeting discussions, and collaborating with customers to schedule kickoff calls and milestone meetings. Successful candidates will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth project execution and customer satisfaction. The role involves overseeing and coordinating new customer onboarding and ongoing project management. This role combines elements of an executive assistant and administrative support tailored to our implementation team's needs.

SCHEDULE: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Pacific Daylight Time (12:00 AM – 9:00 AM Philippine Standard Time), follows Philippine holidays

POSITION TYPE: Full Time

WORK ARRANGEMENT: Remote

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

·       Coordinate and oversee project activities and milestones from closed/won through graduation

·       Create and develop detailed project plans and timelines using project management tools

·       Report on project progress, and health statuses, identifying any issues or deviations directly to the implementation consultant and management as needed

·       Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including meeting minutes, action items, post-meeting follow-up emails and correspondence, and scheduling calls

·       Act as a liaison between project teams and management, providing regular updates on project status and key metrics

·       Coordinate and manage project activities, ensuring milestones are met from the closed/won stage through to project graduation

·       Provide regular reports on project progress and health, highlighting any issues or deviations to the implementation consultant and management

·       Assist in resource allocation and task assignment, ensuring optimal project execution

·       Collaborate with customers to schedule and organize kickoff calls and milestone meetings, ensuring effective communication and engagement

QUALIFICATIONS

·       A bachelor’s degree in the related field is an advantage

·       Experience in project management or a related field, preferably in a technology or SaaS environment

·       Proficient in project management software and tools

·       Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

·       Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, with an aptitude for summarizing meeting discussions effectively

·       Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving

·       Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external clients

·       Demonstrated capability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
