SCHEDULE: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Central Daylight Time (10:00 PM – 7:00 AM Philippine Standard Time), follows Philippine holidays

POSITION TYPE: Full Time

WORK ARRANGEMENT: Remote

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

·       Handle budget planning and presenting to the leadership team

·       Oversee the monthly financial reporting to the leadership team

·       Prepare financial statements

·       Process financial transactions

·       Manage payrolls

·       Manage the coding and classification of financial data

·       Oversee financial procedures, offer guidance, offer insights, implement changes, and enhance processes

·       Resolve accounting issues and make informed decisions

·       Stay informed about industry changes, and ensure compliance with financial regulations

QUALIFICATIONS

·       A bachelor’s degree in the related field

·       A Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is a must

·       Have experience with building and maintaining financial reports using Microsoft Power BI

·       Proficient in Xero and Project Works with some familiarity with Bill.com

·       Adept at driving process improvements, and can efficiently oversee and streamline comprehensive financial operations

·       Thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses a relentless spirit in pursuing accuracy and passion for continuous improvement

·       Strong expertise in accounting principles and financial reporting

·       Possess a forward-thinking and analytical mindset, capable of providing robust financial insights and steering the organization toward financial success

·       Exceptional communication and leadership skills are essential, as the role requires effective collaboration with the executive leadership and cross-functional teams
