Business Systems Analyst - Quality Control

ROLE SUMMARY

Our client is looking for a Business Systems Analyst - Quality Control who will be responsible for monitoring data alerts and executing audits and analysis on the health of the core data. They will ensure the data from vendors and internal systems is correct and processed efficiently.

SCHEDULE: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (10:00 PM - 7:00 AM Philippine Standard Time), follows Philippine holidays

POSITION TYPE: Full Time

WORK ARRANGEMENT: Remote

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

·       Handle vendor data quality assurance

·       Manage cost reconciliation (mid-month and end-of-month)

·       Handle new projects, create data alerts, and act as direct to point of escalation (POE)

·       Validate that client reporting is correct

·       Escalate issues to the engineering or platform teams and assist until a resolution is met

·       Communicate issues to internal customers

QUALIFICATIONS

·       A bachelor’s degree in the related field

·       Experience with data munging, data analysis, and pulling and normalizing disparate data sets

·       Experience with ETL processes

·       Experience working in Jira is a plus

·       Ability to write and execute SQL queries

·       Ability to work independently and have a proactive work ethic

·       Ability to create process documentation

·       Strong written and verbal communication skills
