Sales Development Representative

THE ROLE

Our client is looking for a Sales Development Representative who will be responsible for generating new business opportunities by identifying, contacting, and nurturing leads using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other sales tools. He/she will involve strategic outreach, relationship building, and effective communication to create a pipeline of prospects for the sales team. This role is critical for driving the growth of the business by ensuring a steady flow of new prospects into the sales pipeline and requires a combination of strategic thinking, interpersonal skills, and a deep understanding of the target market and sales tools.

SCHEDULE: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Pacific Daylight Time (12:00 AM – 9:00 AM Philippine Standard Time), follows Philippine holidays

POSITION TYPE: Full Time

WORK ARRANGEMENT: Remote

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

·       Handle the following lead generation duties:

o   Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify and research potential leads that match the company's target market

o   Implement advanced search techniques to refine prospect lists based on specific criteria such as industry, company size, location, and job function

·       Handle the following outreach and engagement duties:

o   Execute personalized outreach strategies through LinkedIn InMails, connection requests, and engage with prospects' content

o   Craft compelling messages that highlight the value proposition and differentiate from competitors

·       Handle the following relationship-building duties

o   Develop and maintain relationships with prospects through consistent follow-up, providing relevant content, and engaging in meaningful conversations

o   Focus on building trust and establishing credibility with potential clients

·       Handle the following sales pipeline development duties:

o   Book initial discovery calls between the sales team and potential new clients, develop an understanding of their needs and how our products and service can address those needs

o   Schedule services overview for qualified leads with the sales team to further explore potential opportunities

·       Handle the following collaboration and reporting duties:

o   Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align on target accounts, share insights, and refine outreach strategies

o   Utilize CRM tools to track interactions, progress, and outcomes

o   Report on key metrics such as lead generation, conversion rates, and engagement levels

QUALIFICATIONS

·       A Bachelor’s degree in the related field is preferred

·       Educational background in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred

·       Proven experience in sales, business development, or a similar role, preferably with a focus on B2B sales

·       Experienced in handling C-Suites in $500 million revenues and above companies

·       Proficiency with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and CRM software

·       Experience in a multi-client environment

·       Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to craft personalized and engaging messages

·       Strong interpersonal skills with a knack for building relationships

·       Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and adjust strategies accordingly

·       Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a persistent approach to sales and prospecting

·       Ability to function in an autonomous environment—independent worker, self-directed
