Junior Software Developer

ROLE SUMMARY

Our client is searching for a Junior Software Developer with a knack for coding to work with their existing and new small business clients. You will be the main liaison with our project manager to learn each project's specifications, including campaign goals, job requirements, deadlines, and budget adherence. As the lead of our automation department, you will have the freedom to use your creativity to design and build custom marketing automation systems. Your main objective will be to use these tools to reduce the task load for their clients’ sales teams while adding high-value communication touchpoints to their pipelines. By designing well-thought-out communication journeys and perfectly operating automation, they can help their clients maximize sales to existing and new additions to their database.

SCHEDULE: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Eastern Daylight Time (9:00 PM – 6:00 AM Philippine Standard Time), follows Philippine holidays

POSITION TYPE: Full Time

WORK ARRANGEMENT: Remote

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

·       Deliver projects on time and within budget with minimal revisions

·       Provide ongoing reports on project progress utilizing our project management software (training will be provided)

·       Design/build marketing automation systems using the Autopilot/Ortto application (training will be provided)

·       Design/build client CRM systems using Zoho (training will be provided)

·       Create and manage lead source attribution models (training will be provided)

·       Map effective client communication journeys and automation workflows (training will be provided)

·       Integrate applications with the client’s existing applications

·       Document the scope of work for each client

·       Document and update all project steps for our employee playbook

·       Assist the sales and project management team in maintaining a 95% customer satisfaction rating and a 75% year-to-year client retention rating

QUALIFICATIONS

·       A Bachelor’s degree in the related field is preferred

·       Have a fundamental grasp of web design platforms, with experience in WordPress

·       Demonstrate a deep understanding of coding principles, with the ability to translate technical concepts clearly

·       A skilled communicator and collaborator, with prior experience leading projects from conception to closure

·       Ability to understand buyer behavior

·       Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

·       Experience with the following is an advantage:

o   Server management

o   API experience

o   Salesforce customization

o   Designing and implementation of CRM and/or marketing automation platforms

o   Zapier integration

o   Woocommerce

o   Wix

o   Shopify

·       Strong organizational and time management abilities

·       Ability to solve problems quickly and independently as they arise

·       Good eye for detail

·       Ability to function in an autonomous environment—independent worker, self-directed
