THE ROLE

Our client is looking for a Sales Coordinator (Mid to Senior Level) who will be the first point of connection for the businesses the client will work with. They are in a high-touch role supporting the needs of businesses seeking accounting support. He/she will be responsible for activating and nurturing sales opportunities from the first appointment through closing the sale. This role will also be part of a team that will generate and qualify the business leads and deal with warm prospects. SCHEDULE: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (10:00 PM – 7:00 AM Philippine Standard Time), follows Philippine holidays

POSITION TYPE: Full Time

WORK ARRANGEMENT: Remote

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

·       Engage with already qualified prospects via phone calls, emails, and online meetings to understand their needs and educate them about the company's products or services

·       Conduct sales presentations or product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of the company's offerings

·       Close sales by overcoming objections, negotiating terms, and persuading prospects to commit to a purchase

·       Prepare and send quotes, proposals, and contracts

·       Maintain and update the sales pipeline using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software to track the progress of leads and opportunities through various stages of the sales process

·       Provide ongoing support to customers by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction until the end of the sale

·       Coordinate with other departments as needed

QUALIFICATIONS

·       A Bachelor’s degree in the related field is preferred

·       2+ years of relevant experience in sales

·       Accounting and/or franchising experience is preferred

·       Willingness and ability to conduct extensive outbound communication with warm leads

·       Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong command of the English language

·       Excellent grasp of all Microsoft 365 applications

·       Ability to ask great questions and listen while building rapport

·       Friendly, outgoing, and leadership skills are a plus

·       Experience in a multi-client environment

·       Creative problem-solving skills

·       Motivated to achieve with a service-first mentality

·       Analytical skills with particular attention to detail

·       Ability to function in an autonomous environment—independent worker, self-directed
