Sales Development Representative
ROLE SUMMARY
Our client is looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Sales Development Representative to join the team. This role will be primarily responsible for making calls to leads who have expressed interest in business ownership and scheduling appointments with a franchise consultant. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in sales, excellent communication skills, and be comfortable using HubSpot and a dialer system.
SCHEDULE: 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM Pacific Daylight Time Monday to Friday (2:00 AM - 11:00 AM Philippine Local time), follows Philippine Holidays
This role may require work during the weekend PDT. Work hours may be offset for this arrangement.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
· Contact leads via phone who have expressed interest in business and franchise ownership
· Set up appointments with franchise consultants to explore suitable business options
· Document and manage all activities in HubSpot CRM, including call logs and appointment details
· Follow up with potential clients via email or make additional calls as needed
· Work collaboratively with the sales and consulting teams to ensure a smooth transition of leads
· Maintain a deep understanding of the client’s services to effectively communicate opportunities to leads
QUALIFICATIONS
· A Bachelor’s degree in the related field
· Previous experience in the franchise industry is a plus
· Experience in appointment setting or lead qualification is a plus
· Neutral accent is a must as this is a client-facing role
· Understanding of basic franchise concepts and terminology is a plus
· Experience in using HubSpot CRM is a must
· Strong telephone etiquette and excellent verbal communication skills
· Comfortable in using a dialer system for outbound calls
· Ability to function in an autonomous environment—independent worker, self-directed
